20 - 1 arm dumbbell push jerks, 15% Bodyweight (10 each arm)
20 ball slams, 20lb ball

Good one Josh! I did the same weights in around 13:47. Gettng up off the ground quickly was not the easiest thing to do forty times with a jump. How are things up there in Pennsylvania? Miss you in the 7am class! Steve Elliott

Thanks Steve. I agree, getting off the ground was hard and half way into round 3 my legs were really burning.

Things are good here. It took a while, but now that we're settled in better, we're really enjoying the change of scenery. I miss everyone at 24/7 and I doubt I'll ever find a replacement for what's available there.
