7 sets of the sequence:
Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Push press
Repeat for 5 rounds.
Increase weight each round. Goal is max weight on the final round.
You cannot put the bar down while in the middle of a round.
You can put the bar down between rounds, and you can take as much time as you like between rounds. This is not a timed evolution. Your score is the highest amount you can lift without setting the bar down in a given round.

This is so much harder than it looks. I think it's the mental strain of knowing it can't touch the ground with out immediately coming back up that makes it tough.

Strong work Josh! 135 is no joke.
I fell in love with this workout. My max was low (55 lb) but, damn, I sure felt it. It was great to incorporate all these lifts into a combo. One movement just leads into the other. You don't have to think, just lift. I've started using this as a warm up.
I tried to press 65 lb, but I lost it on the Back Press. I said, "This ain't moving" so...
it didn't. Fatal mistake!
