New Goal: I've set my rings higher so I can start working on Muscle Ups. I'd like to be able to do a couple in a row by the time summer comes.

I can't say enough how much my dips have improved just by jumping on these things for a minute or two every day. Hopefully the same will be true for the Muscle Up.

Nice job on the workout.

Keep up the repetition on the dips and muscleups. Low volume practice over time will carry you a long way on those.
