For time:
  • 3 rounds of:
    • 20 lateral jumps, 12" barrier
    • 30 squats
  • 3 rounds of:
    • 25 kettlebell swings
    • 15 pushups
  • 100 situps
Post total time to completion and weights used to comments.

To clarify:  Perform 3 rounds of jumps/squats (you can sub 100 jump rope turns if you like), then 3 rounds kettlebell swings/pushups, and then 100 situps (you do not have to do 300 situps).

Sara pulls bodyweight (110lbs) in the deadlift to set a new PR.  I hope this breaks the myth that lifting heavy weights makes women "bulky".

17:12 - 35# KB.

The squats/lateral jumps were a brutal combo. My legs were super rigid afterwards.

I am using the 35# KB exclusively and it is causing my time to suck. I have to work on getting my 35# time on par with my 20# time. Just another goal to add to my list.
