Press - 30.40.50.60.65 To be honest, the 65 was more of a PP.
4 rounds - 3:54. This WOD felt great, lifts included.

4 rounds: 3:54. Non stop. I was quite pleased. Great workout all the way around. I felt really good yesterday. Very focused.
I am not saying "go on a diet," but I can tell a huge difference in my workouts depending on what I have for breakfast and lunch that day.
