Brett gets excellent extension, with elbows and shoulders locked out and his head and chest forward underneath the bar.  Good job.

4 rounds: 3:54. Non stop. I was quite pleased. Great workout all the way around. I felt really good yesterday. Very focused.

I am not saying "go on a diet," but I can tell a huge difference in my workouts depending on what I have for breakfast and lunch that day.
