Will anything be posted if no improvement to lifestyle is noted as a result to going back to eating meat?
She's already sleeping and performing better, I meant I was going to do a more detailed writeup than what I had mentioned. Iv'e got nothing against vegetarianism, I just think its hard to get enough quality protein. Couple this w/ potential dairy allergies/sensitivities, and being an omnivore gives you a better shot at consuming enough nutrients to support a rigorous physical lifestyle.
