As many rounds in 20 minutes of:
10 - 1 arm Dumbbell (or Kettlebell) front squat, 35(20)lbs
10 - 1 arm overhead lunge steps, 35(20)lbs
4 rings dips

Use same weight on the front squats and overhead lunges.  Post time to comments.
