Ruth - 9.55

Dawn - 11.13

Brenda - 10.33

Chuck - 11.52

Nice big class today - this is a really fun workout that works you from top to bottom.

Get that cold shower when you get home and don't forget to stretch after you workout.

36lb kb used for swings
about 20 mins, those guys must have been flying to get 5 rnds in 10 mins, the swings took the most time for me. Last set of swings were uglee.
