Nice big class today - this is a really fun workout that works you from top to bottom.

20, 40, 60 x 5 rnds.
36lb kb used for swings
about 20 mins, those guys must have been flying to get 5 rnds in 10 mins, the swings took the most time for me. Last set of swings were uglee.
