OMG--I didn't think I was going to make it!! I was going through serious website withdrawals. I obsessively check this website several times a day until the workout is posted. Guess I need a life, huh? LOL

I did not get a good rhythm on my push press. I could pop a few off real quick, but I had to reset in between most of them. I need to work on firing those off quickly and keeping the weight controlled so I don't need to reset.
