I did my first round at 65#. I really struggled with the FS so I dropped down to 60# on my 2nd round. Same problem. I could not move fast w/o unlocking my back. On my 3rd round I dropped to 55#. I was super pissed about it, but I can only blame myself. I did not bother to warm up properly, plus I went into this workout with a defeatist attitude.
Mad props to Angie. She went 65# all the way. it was tough, but she held strong and worked through it.
