Perform the following circuit, 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest at each station. Perform the whole circuit 3 times through. Score is total number of reps completed.
Circuit:
1. Dumbbell thrusters, 25(15)lbs
2. Slamball 20(15)lbs
3. Box Jumps
4. Kettlebell swings 45(30)lbs
Our buddy Josh gets his first muscle up. Josh was Crossfitting with us before he moved to Pennsylvania. He's still Crossfitting on his own, and making impressive gains.

I don't know if it's just that I missed two days or what...but this one was tougher than it sounded!! I think my score was somewhere in the 220's...give or take a few! ;)

Janelle, I don't think it was your 2-day hiatus that made this WOD so difficult. I think the WOD was just flat out brutal.
