This is the first in a series of Polish weightlifting videos (insert joke here) that I've been watching.  They're good for picking up on certain training elements: consistency of form, speed getting underneath the bar, crispness.  If you're interested, go to youtube to check out the other videos submitted by the author of this one.

15:29...I used 15lbs and felt a little pukie at the end...I don't think I could have done 20's and pullups together. Fun workout though...strange how it can be pukie and fun at the same time?! ;)

13:30 used 20# didn't know 35# was rx'd for guys. glad i didn't know 35# was rx'd. ;)

17:52; 15# DB. I deff could have done more on the push press, but on the front squats... i dunno, those were tough. I had a lot of phlegm in my throat on this one.
