Training Video of a weightlifter named Natalie Woolfolk. Natalie will be be among the American contingent that will be competing in the upcoming Olympics. Very solid technique, if you are a female weightlifter, you should strive to have your training look like this (it's instructive for guys too).

With a continuously running clock do 5 Kettlebell swings the first minute, 6 Kettlebell swings the second minute, 7 Kettlebell swings the third minute...
continuing as long as you are able. Loading is 55lbs for males, 35lbs for females.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Requirements from Crossfit Games:
The barbell goes from ground to overhead, passing through a front squat in which the crease of the hip passes below the height of the kneecap. The finish position is with the arms, hips and knees fully extended, arms overhead, with at least a portion of the ear visible in front of the arm. Dropping the barbell is acceptable.
