With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

I saw some stuff on the internet and I had to give it a shot:

8 rounds w/ regualr pullups + 2 rounds assisted with the band, so 10. Now my arms will be just as sore as my legs are from yesterday! ;)

16 rounds - jumping pullups. I felt like Popeye.

Legs - dead. Arms - dead. I wonder what body part we will murder today.

**Congratulations on your three-year anniversary, Janelle & Jason!**

Really cool pull-up. I think the fear of missing and smashing my spine into the floor would keep me from attempting it.

Josh,
Your fears are justified. That wasn't my first attempt. I should have included some outtakes. Working up to that I had one of the judo crash pads underneath me. I never totally busted my ass, but I did miss the regrip a couple of times. - pete
