With a continuously running clock do 5 Kettlebell swings the first minute, 6 Kettlebell swings the second minute, 7 Kettlebell swings the third minute...
continuing as long as you are able. Loading is 55lbs for males, 35lbs for females.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

15 rounds. Now my back, arms and legs and gluteus maximus are all sore....
18 rounds. Ditto Mike on the soreness...funny though...wasn't he the one who ASKED to do these workouts?! Tomorrow should be interesting.
