Guys, its been a while since I posted a workout so SORRY!!!
I am going to post all of this weeks workouts and if anyone would like last weeks please shoot me an e-mail :-)
20 pull-ups,
30 push-ups,
40 sit-ups,
50 squats
5 rounds with a minute rest between each.
You don't want to be the last guy done on this one
