Crossfit. Does it work? The answer is YES! I like
to shag dance. My partner and I sometimes do a front or rear drop. It
is so much easier now and she can feel how much stronger I am when I
push her up from the floor. Crossfit is not as easy as a casual
observer might think. However, it guarantees fitness results if you are
willing to put in the time. Okay, Pete, stop laughing. I know I have
not put in much time, but I have seen results from what I have done.

Crossfit is a tremendous program - innovative,
inspiring, intense, customized, and effective. The leadership is what
makes the biggest difference (namely, Peter Haas). Workouts are
designed by a professional with our individual needs in mind. We are
pushed and encouraged to take it to the next level. Since beginning the
program about four months ago, I have dropped 15 pounds and am able to
finish workouts I couldn't have even half completed before Crossfit
training. Prior to beginning the workouts, I had become so tight I
couldn't do a single squat using proper form. Now I am able to finish
225 body-weight squats as one component of a single workout. Having
been in other sports in my past (including football, wrestling, and
martial arts), I can see clearly why Crossfit is a common denominator.
I really believe Crossfit can make a huge difference in the level of
fitness for any athlete. For those of us who need to get back into
shape after being out of organized sports for awhile, I can think of no
better way than Crossfit

Crossfit is the most well-rounded, comprehensive,
and total fitness program I have ever been a part of. After almost a
year of crossfitting on my own, Pete's
classes took me to a new level of fitness and technique. We are very
lucky to have a coach as gifted as Pete right in our back yard.

Having spent time in gyms since I was eleven years old, I must admit, the first time I saw people doing Crossfit, it seemed goofy. Having experienced the workouts, I can say that it is the most valuable form of exercise I have ever used. Thanks to Crossfit, Pete's coaching, and the team-like atmosphere of everyone else participating, I can honestly say:
- Not one workout has ever been boring.
- Not once have I left without the feeling of accomplishment.
- Not one aspect of my overall fitness gets neglected.
The only thing I think of that would be more
effective is magic. So until science makes magic real, I plan to keep
using Crossfit.
